Professional Approach

Any legal dispute, especially one that involves your family, is difficult. My decades of experience in family law can help you work through this difficult period in a way that minimizes the emotional and financial toll on everyone.

Here’s how I’ll help:

Our Philosophy

I’ll work on a solution that is tailored to you and your situation:

Every family situation is unique. I will zealously advocate for you and your interests as well as the best interests of your children. I’ll listen closely to you, answer your questions and work diligently to get you through this difficult period in a manner that you approve.

I’ll keep the focus on you and your family:

A family law dispute has enough tension as it is. The attorney you choose shouldn’t add to that by engaging or fostering the tension and dispute or overlitigating. Yes, I’ll firmly protect your interests, which may include litigation, but I’ll do so with respect and integrity in a manner designed toward a final resolution.

I’ll think about your children:

If you have kids, this is a very tough time for them. As a mother of three, I’ve been a witness to all the phases of a child’s life. As a family law lawyer, mediator, parenting time expeditor and parenting consultant, I have seen the devastation a legal proceeding or family dispute can have on children. I will guide you through your legal dispute in a manner that minimizes the effect on your children, as much as possible.

I will be a strong and zealous advocate:

It is my firm belief that an amicable resolution is always the best option in any family law related dispute. An amicable resolution does not, however, mean that your interests are not protected or that you have to give in. I will work very hard to assist you in resolving your dispute amicably and with a resolution that you agree is appropriate. If that is not possible, however, I will be a strong and zealous advocate for you through the judicial process.
